On October 6th, the Clean Water Shreveport team put our commitment to community service into action by volunteering at the Red River Revel Arts Festival. This annual event is a beloved tradition in Shreveport, and the Clean Water team was eager to play a part in its success. The team was involved across various festival activities, including the Extreme & Sport, Mini Grocery, Mock Dig, Revel Bands and Coupons booth.
For the Clean Water Shreveport team, community involvement is more than just a priority, it’s a genuine passion. We would like to thank the Red River Revel and all of its sponsors for allowing us to have the opportunity to volunteer.
The Red River Revel Arts Festival is a unique celebration of art, culture and local talent, and this year was no exception. The event featured captivating art displays showcasing the incredible talent of artists from the region. The mouthwatering food options satisfied every craving, and the lively performances added to the festival’s engaging atmosphere.
The team was able to assist in various areas. At the Extreme & Sport booth, we helped guests find their way to all of the thrilling and adventurous activities. In the Mini Grocery section, we assisted in creating a delightful shopping experience for kid festival-goers. At the Mock Dig attraction, volunteers encouraged young diggers to explore. At the Revel Bands and Coupons booth, we aided guests find the appropriate lines based on their needs.
As we look to the future, we can’t help but be excited about the possibility of more opportunities for Clean Water Shreveport to give back to the incredible community we call home. Our participation at the Revel serves as a shining example of how small acts of kindness and generosity can have a significant impact on our community.
