It’s Fats, Oils, and Grease left over from food preparation and frequently washed down the sink drain. It could be located in both residential and industrial kitchens. It’s of special concern in commercial kitchens because of the massive quantity of FOG utilized to prepare meals every day.

Capacity Assessment and Capacity RMP Reports

The Capacity Assessment Report was developed to identify areas of the City’s sanitary sewer system that are currently undersized. The Capacity Assessment RMP Report identifies improvements needed to convey the required flows.
