The project includes sanitary sewer improvements of the Cedar Grove drainage basin beginning south of Woodlawn High School at the corner of Wyngate Boulevard and Browning Street and ending at Hollywood Avenue located in the City of Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Minor neighborhood streets where work is proposed include Wyngate Boulevard, Pine Tree Drive, Windsor Drive, Huntington Lane and Wilshire Drive. Other dedicated streets adjacent to the proposed improvements are West 70th Street (LA 511), Courtney Lane, Sippel Street, West 62nd Street, Union Avenue and Hollywood
