Program Controls Manager

Joseph Campbell is the Program Controls Manager for the Clean Water Shreveport Program. In his role, Campbell focuses on coordination with the City of Shreveport’s Water and Sewerage Department, Purchasing Department, Office of Fair Share and Department of Environmental Engineering to provide support for financial planning of program specific projects, reporting of overall program and project specific financial status as well as overall program planning and scheduling coordination. He also works directly with design professionals and construction contractors for project specific planning and scheduling, progress and performance management, change management, and cost forecasting and reporting. Campbell has more than 25 years of experience in Engineering project management, procurement and construction.
