At the invitation of Mayor Perkins, a presentation regarding the status of the Clean Water Shreveport program was provided at the November 9, 2021, City Council Meeting. William Daniel, Director of Water & Sewerage provided an overview of the program’s history, work completed to date, and ongoing discussions with regulatory agencies about the Consent Decree. Joe Darlington, Program Manager, presented a summary of Critical Projects being delivered under the program.
